We appreciate your patience and support over these last few weeks as we transitioned our business to Bright Side Distributing. Our goal is to make doing business with us easy, provide you with a fun and engaging experience, and provide you with all the best products you have come to expect from the Premier Smoke Shop Distributor in the Pacific Northwest!

Keeping with our goal of making doing business with us easy, on April 1st we will be migrating to a new customer portal ordering system. Please note that you will not be able to place orders with us using ZiiZii or Webcon after March 28, 2024. You will need to use Turning Point’s QwikPoint/ProfitPoint ProOrder app or access the web portal from your computer or tablet at https://brightsidedist.qwikpoint.net/.

To get set up on our new ordering app, please download – Turning Point’s QwikPoint/ProfitPoint ProOrder, from either Google Play Store or Apple App Store by scanning the appropriate QR code below.

Once you have downloaded the app, you will see a settings wheel on the logon screen. Click on that and enter the following URL: https://brightsidedist.qwikpoint.net/. You will then be able to enter your Username and Password. Our Customer Service and Sales teams will be contacting you to provide you with your specific account credentials and a user manual. Please be aware that we will only be contacting customers who are currently using either WebCon or ZiiZii to submit their orders, to issue them new Portal Accounts. If you are a customer who has never used of one of these two ordering methods, please contact our Customer Service team at, 503-235-8341 and provide your full name, (first and last), email address, and Customer Number and we will issue you a new Portal Account. 

Please note that you will not be able to send orders to us using the QwikPoint ProOrder app prior to Saturday, March 30th. Please continue to use the current app as usual, up to 5:00pm on Thursday, March 28th. We will not be accepting orders on Friday, March 29th, so we can migrate to the new system. 

Beginning Monday April 1st, customers located in the greater Portland Metro area, who are used to being able to receive deliveries from us any day Monday - Friday, will now be offered up to 3 days of delivery per week. Please contact our customer service team with your ideal delivery days, and we will get those loaded in the system for you. 

All current routes and delivery days will remain consistent. 

We appreciate your patience as we implement these changes aimed at making it easier to do business with us and improve our efficiency and ability to service your account.
